What began as a cabinet meeting evolved into an all-encompassing design endeavor for this unique, custom spec home. Since the house would be listed immediately, the primary challenge was balancing innovative design risks with ensuring broader market appeal.
The approach centered on using high-impact, custom features to distinguish the property. The design prioritized built-in elements that offer both sophisticated aesthetics and essential functionality. Among the features are some of our most refined custom built-ins to date, providing seamless storage and architectural interest.
